Welcome to LinkPharm, a digital procurement platform designed to streamline the pharmaceutical supply chain in Ethiopia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkPharm platform ("Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "Seller," or "Orderer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. LinkPharm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
LinkPharm is a pharmaceutical procurement platform that connects Orderers (buyers) with Sellers (suppliers). Orderers can post procurement requests, and Sellers can submit offers. Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, distributing illegal substances, or misusing the Platform. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content belong to LinkPharm. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations, including those related to pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
LinkPharm receives a 2% commission on every successful procurement transaction. Sales Rewards are offered to incentivize sales activities. Sellers maintain a "Commission Wallet" with pre-deposited funds for commission deductions. Payment methods and transaction procedures are outlined on the Platform. LinkPharm is not responsible for any tax obligations of the users.
Users are responsible for complying with all Ethiopian pharmaceutical regulations. LinkPharm does not guarantee the quality or safety of pharmaceutical products. Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of products and Sellers. LinkPharm is not responsible for legal issues arising from the sale of illegal or counterfeit pharmaceuticals.
Sellers are solely responsible for all logistics and delivery arrangements. LinkPharm does not provide or manage delivery services. Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and ensuring timely delivery. Delivery timelines and costs are agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
Once a buyer confirms receipt and acceptance of items, returns and refunds are generally not permitted through the LinkPharm platform. Buyers are required to inspect items upon delivery and either accept or immediately initiate a dispute.
Buyers and sellers may agree on their own return and refund terms outside of the LinkPharm platform. LinkPharm is not responsible for facilitating or resolving returns and refunds between buyers and sellers, unless a dispute is created within the platform.
Buyers are responsible to check the quality and expiration dates of all products upon delivery.
LinkPharm is not liable for platform disruptions, data loss, or other issues. LinkPharm disclaims any warranties regarding the Platform's accuracy, reliability, or availability. LinkPharm's liability for damages arising from user activities is limited. LinkPharm is not responsible for interactions between users.
Disputes between users and LinkPharm will be resolved through arbitration. These Terms are governed by Ethiopian law.
Please refer to LinkPharm's Privacy Policy for information on how user data is collected, used, and protected.
LinkPharm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
